WEFLOW THERAPY ONLINE WORKSHOP AND COURSES FOR PARENTS
WeFlow Inc. offers the online training workshops under the scope of Fascia Remodeling and Movement enhancement, delivered by parents and instructed by Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. The protocol is based on the study of the human body as a unit of harmonious interrelated systems. It is a safe drug-free, non-invasive and gentle hands-on therapy available for the treatment of musculoskeletal, movement and developmental disorders of different origins. It includes an online training program with the use of soft viscoelastic tools.
Gentle, non-invasive techniques are generally taught to stimulate the body’s inherent healing capacity. Although manual therapy is gentle and safe, no health treatment is completely free of potential adverse effects. However, the risks associated with Fascia Remodeling and Movement enhancement are rare. The training of the parents and caregivers of the home-based program seeks to develop their technical skills and a knowledge base necessary to perform the exercises and techniques based on fascia remodelling with the use of soft viscoelastic tools.
WeFlow Inc. strongly encourages the parents and/or caregivers to notify the medical professionals who supervise the patient about their participation in the WeFlow online program.
When you enroll in WeFLow's Online school you automatically:
Acknowledge that the Osteopathic Manual Practitioner is not a physician and does not diagnose illness or disease or any other physical or mental disorder. Clearly understand that the treatment offered by WeFlow Inc. is not a substitute for a medical examination. It is recommended to seek medical advice for any ailments that might be experienced.
Recognize that the Online program offered by WeFlow Inc. is prescribed in the best interests of the patient's health and developmental progress. Agree that all therapy protocols are based on the existing available knowledge and no absolute guarantee of the predicted outcome can be made.
Understand that WeFlow Inc. cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions attributed to the application of the home program and gives no guarantee of results.
Acknowledge that maximum precautions have been taken to make the Online home-based program biomechanically safe and injury-free and you hereby accept full responsibility for maintaining the patient's safety during their home-based applications at all times.
COLLECTION, USE & DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Privacy and protecting your personal information is an important part and consideration of our practice. This privacy policy outlines what we do to ensure that:
-Only necessary information is collected about the patient/parent.
Personal information is information about an identifiable individual, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, medical condition and treatment.

FEES AND PAYMENT METHOD
In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay the following fees.
You may choose between a single payment of us$547 (due immediately) or 3 monthly payments of us$197. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment the day of enrollment and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following 2 payments on a monthly basis, for a total payment of us$591. If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth below. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, WeFlow Inc. shall immediately suspend your access to the Program.
If You elect for the payment plan, You hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.
Regarding recurring payments and outstanding invoices: If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or your program access will be removed.
If you do not request a refund within the terms of the program with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan and you understand that your membership will automatically continue and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any and all outstanding receivables, using any eligible payment method we have on record for your account.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. WeFLow Inc. provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for the Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work required in the course during the first week and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 7 days of the first module being released, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 7th day at 11:59 EST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 7th day, you will not be granted a refund.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
- Requirement 1: Complete the Time-Maker-Tool.xlsx
- Requirement 2: Complete the assessment of your child.
We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 7 days following the date of the release of the first two modules.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 7 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, WeFlow Inc. will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: forms, template documents, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by WeFlow, Inc. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds for requests made after the 7th day. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
